Refund & Cancellation Policy –

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Customized or hand embroidery orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

Wrong product is delivered

Product is damaged during delivery

Product is missing from the package

3. Return Request Time

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any return or refund request.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Customized products, stitched outfits, and hand embroidery items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
